The Role
As an AWS Cloud Developer, you'll be instrumental in advancing a cloud-native product designed for data management. You'll also contribute to the ongoing development of a real-time application that delivers automated event replays. Become an integral part of an expanding cloud development team, working on new cloud-based solutions utilising the latest technology. You will play a key role in building, enhancing, and maintaining data-driven products.

About You
You're an experienced Cloud Developer with a solid background in AWS. You're passionate about cloud-native development and have a keen interest in event-driven architectures. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to lead and mentor others. Your technical expertise and problem-solving skills will be key to driving cloud projects forward. You should also be a collaborative team player, an effective communicator, and bring a strong passion for delivering excellent solutions.

Requirements
 

• Extensive experience with AWS services (e.g., DynamoDB, IoT Core, Event Bridge, Kinesis, Athena, Glue).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and C#.
• Experience with API development (GraphQL, REST).
• An understanding of IaC principles and tools is desirable (CloudFormation, Terraform).
• Basic knowledge of cloud security and multi-tenanted cloud environments.
• Interest in event-driven and streaming architectures.
• Proven experience in measuring, analysing, monitoring, and optimising cloud performance, reliability, and availability.
• Experience within the broadcasting industry is an advantage
