As a Product Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of product development, driving initiatives from concept to completion. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Partnering closely with engineering to manage resources and get the best work done.
- Identifying, validating, and prototyping new products in alignment with strategic objectives.
- Collaborating with Data Science and UX teams to uncover insights for valuable product offerings.
- Preparing business cases and moving new capabilities into delivery.
- Balancing short-term needs with long-term sustainability.
- Working with various teams to ensure successful product launches and compliance with regulations.
- Reporting on product performance and financial metrics, and linking these back to OKRs.
- Coaching and upskilling team members in best product practices.
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience as Product Owner/Manager min 5 years experience
- Experience in customer focussed tech companies
- Comfort with conducting first-hand user research and analysing data to develop hypotheses and generate ideas.
- A collaborative leader who can unite multiple stakeholders to achieve user and commercial objectives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills, capable of working with both quantitative and qualitative data, and connecting this data to product metrics and organisational OKRs.
- Ability to effectively prioritise user features, balancing user experiences, business requirements, and available resources.
- Experience working in a fast paced environment in a complex industry.
