The Role:

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be part of a dynamic team, working with cutting-edge technologies to enhance an industry-leading PropTech platform. Your Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the engineering team to build and maintain features across the stack, using Ruby on Rails, React.js, and Node.js microservices.
• Work closely with the product team to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
• Take ownership of initiatives, ensuring high-quality code and timely delivery.
• Continuously optimise platform performance and scalability.
• Contribute to the evolution of the tech stack with emerging tools and best practices.
• Demonstrate creativity and initiative to enhance the platform and better serve customers.

Your Fit:

• Approximately 3+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack/Front or Backend Developer.
• Solid proficiency in technologies such as Ruby on Rails, React.js, Node.js microservices, Postgresql, Redis, Elasticsearch, Capacitor.js, Next.js, Typescript, HTML, CSS, and Tailwindcss.
• Strong understanding of testing frameworks, including Rspec, Webdriver io, and Appium.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like Google Cloud Platform or Azure, along with CI/CD pipelines using Github Actions.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
• A passion for solving complex technical challenges in a fast-paced environment.
