Deliverables / Purpose

You'll be joining a critical infrastructure team that balances strategic project delivery with essential BAU operations. Maintain system stability, resolve infrastructure incidents, support end-users, and ensure consistent operational performance. This includes routine maintenance, monitoring, and optimisation of existing systems and networks. You'll work within an experienced team to deliver measurable outcomes while ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Contribute to planned infrastructure enhancements including system upgrades, technology implementations, and operational improvements.

Your Fit

• Solid experience with Microsoft enterprise environments - Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams etc
• Strong background in virtualisation technologies - VMware, Hyper-V, and storage solutions
• Network administration skills and firewall management
• Understanding of backup and disaster recovery solutions in enterprise settings
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation tools desirable
• Proven ability to balance project work with operational responsibilities
• Previous enterprise or large organisation infrastructure experience preferred
