About the role
This is a role for an Intermediate BI Developer within a high-performing team where you'll bring data to life through well-structured, insightful dashboards and reporting. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to translate requirements into effective Power BI solutions that support decision-making, whilst taking ownership of deliverables and contributing to improving data quality, performance, and business adoption of BI tools.

• Design and develop Power BI dashboards with a focus on usability and performance
• Write and maintain SQL queries and stored procedures
• Model and transform data to enable clear, business-focused reporting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and refine requirements
• Manage delivery, documentation, and release of BI assets
• Contribute to continuous improvement of BI practices and data reliability

Skills & Experience

• Strong Power BI, DAX, and SQL development skills
• Good understanding of data modelling, transformation, and ETL concepts
• Experience in turning business questions into clear technical solutions
• Strong communicator, comfortable working with both technical and non-technical users
