The Role

• Lead process mapping and analysis across operational and administrative functions
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in current workflows and procedures.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops with operational teams and management
• Develop business cases for process improvements and system enhancements
• Work closely with project managers to implement recommended solutions
• Create comprehensive documentation for new processes and procedures
• Support change management activities and staff training initiatives
• Monitor and report on improvement outcomes and KPIs

Your Fit

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally with health sector exposure
• Strong background in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma advantageous)
• Experience working with operational workflows and service delivery processes
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across diverse professional groups
• Proficient in process mapping tools and business analysis software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail
• Comfortable working in regulated environments with compliance requirements
• Natural communicator who can translate complex processes into clear recommendations
