About the role
Lead ERP finance transformation projects end-to-end. You'll work with finance and operations teams to identify process improvements, design ERP solutions, and support implementation, with a focus on standardisation, visibility, and ongoing optimisation.

Duties include:

• Lead workshops to capture business needs
• Design ERP solutions aligned with finance processes
• Collaborate with developers through testing and delivery
• Support user training and adoption
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage system configuration and integration tasks
• Provide post-implementation support

Skills and experience

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

• Proven experience leading ERP workstreams, particularly in finance
• Strong understanding of accounting principles (e.g. chart of accounts, reporting structures)
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as Pronto, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics Finance
• Confidence facilitating workshops and engaging cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience with system configuration, data migration, and integrations
• Ability to deliver training and support users through change
• A relevant qualification in IT, business, or a related field (preferred)
