Product Support Analyst
About the role
Contract Details:
- 6-month hourly rate contract.
- Quick start available for the right person.
- Dunedin based ideally, but will consider Christchurch.
As an experienced Support Analyst you'll come in and add immediate value to a busy team across support queues, ticket management, trouble-shooting, system and process improvement, reporting analysis and more. You'll be working closely with the product team to identify areas for improvement and ultimately enhance system functionality and user experience. This is a hands-on, problem-solving role that requires strong engagement with team, stakeholders and end-users.
Your Fit:
- Previous experience in a relevant role managing product/system support and prioritising ticket backlog.
- Analytical approach, with ability to undertake process mapping.
- Problem solving capability to identify improvement opportunities and support system enhancements.
- Strong communication skills, experience engaging with stakeholders and end-users.
- Proficient in documentation and reporting
