About the role

Contract Details:

• 6-month hourly rate contract, with potential to extend.
• Quick start available for the right person.
• Dunedin based or ability to be in Dunedin weekly at own cost.

Deliverables/Purpose:

This role will support a significant programme of work, engaging with key stakeholders, working closely with cross-functional teams and vendors to analyse current-state processes and document future state. You will be responsible for leading the facilitations of workshops and producing high-quality process maps and documentation.

Your Fit:

• Proven Business/Process Analyst experience in complex, ambigious environments.
• Strong process mapping, requirements gathering, and analytical skills. 
• Excellent communication skills with ability to rapidly build relationships.
• Ability to combine analytical depth with strong facilitation and problem solving skills.
• Experience delivering process outputs in technology environments. 
• High level of documentation skills.
• Proficiency in relevant process mapping tools.
