The Role:
As a Service Desk Engineer, you'll join an established IT team operating across the country. You'll play a vital role in:
- Maintaining the seamless operation of IT systems
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems and applications
- Monitoring and maintaining complex computer systems and networks
- Delivering outstanding support to internal customers and stakeholders
- Contributing to various IT projects
Your Fit:
The ideal candidate will have approximately 3 years of experience in a similar support role. You'll thrive on providing exceptional customer service and working effectively within a team environment. Additionally, you'll bring:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Windows Servers
- Extensive experience troubleshooting Windows desktop and Microsoft Office environments
- Practical knowledge of networks, PC hardware and printers
- Firewall and network connectivity expertise
- Understanding of switch and router management
