About the role

Contract Details:

• 2x 6-month hourly rate contracts.
• Quick start available for the right person.
• Dunedin based or ability to be in Dunedin frequently.

Deliverables/Purpose:

This role will support a significant transformation by ensuring stakeholders are prepared for and comfortable with upcoming changes. You'll work closely with the Change Lead, playing a critical part in delivering change initiatives for digital and IT implementations. Key responsibilities will include change impact assessments, communications plans and delivery, high-quality documentation, facilitating training and developing e-learning modules. 

Your Fit:

• Demonstrable background as a Change Analyst or similar role heavily involved in digital/IT change.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to create change impacts assessments.
• Previous experience creating communications plans.
• Experience developing and delivering training plans and materials.
• High level of documentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills, with ability to undestand complex requirements.
• eLearning experience advantageous.
