About the role
This is a senior role within a high-performing BI team where you'll bring data to life through well-structured, insightful dashboards and reporting. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to translate complex requirements into scalable Power BI solutions that support strategic decision-making. Reporting to the BI Manager, you’ll take ownership of key deliverables and contribute to improving data quality, performance, and business adoption of BI tools.

• Design and develop robust Power BI dashboards with a strong focus on usability and performance
• Write and maintain complex SQL queries and stored procedures
• Model and transform data to enable clear, business-focused reporting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and refine requirements
• Manage delivery, documentation, and release of BI assets
• Contribute to continuous improvement of BI practices and data reliability

Skills & Experience

• Advanced Power BI, DAX, and SQL development skills
• Strong understanding of data modelling, transformation, and ETL concepts
• Experienced in turning business questions into clear technical solutions
• Confident communicator, comfortable working with both technical and non-technical users
• Relevant qualification or equivalent industry experience
