Ashley Francis

With a diploma in Film and Television Production (graduating in Post Production), Ashley spent a year working in reality TV. To broaden her skills and experience, she made the call to try something new; joining Potentia in 2017. Over four years later, Ashley is still very proud to be part of the Potentia family. During her time here, she's been able to develop her skills and confidence to a point where she is playing a key role in our operations team.
