Role Snapshot

This organisation is looking for a senior technical writer to join a team of Subject Matter experts to analyze, clean up, review and create from scratch if necessary the whole technical documentation regarding their Fleet and Resources Management System.

In order to fit this role you will need:
  • At least 5 years experience in a Technical Writer role with a proven track of successful achievements
  • A technical background and solid knowledge of SDLC, ERP, CRM, system and application integration, legacy replacement etc.
  • An understanding or hands-on experience using Zendesk ticketing system will be advantageous
  • Outstanding verbal and written English skills
  • Excellent capability to interact with other professionals to collect their requirements and translate them to technical teams
