The role:

Having existing technical expertise in Salesforce consulting, you will quickly learn the service offering inside and out and will be a point of contact and expertise for clients, interacting and influencing at business user level. As a functional consultant you will be responsible for consulting to clients on their business and process challenges, and uncovering solutions unique to their environment. As such, you will need to gain an intimate understanding of client environments. Some of the day-to-day tasks and skills involve; gathering technical requirements, scoping, designing and documenting solutions, mapping and transforming data and designing integration solutions. You will be the trusted technical resource for businesses across Auckland.

 

What we need to see in your background:
  •  First and foremost, you have a track record of translating business issues into technical solutions and vice versa.
  • You're a general team player - both in terms of accountability and sociability.
  • A minimum of 4 years Salesforce technical/functional consulting experience.
  • Strong Integration experience
  • Outstanding customer service and stakeholder communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience in high-level solution design, and requirements gathering with clients.
  • Proven experience writing technical documents.
