You will be part of a close-knit Agile development team working end-to-end across the platform. Day-to-day you will have a high level of autonomy to work on core application development in a flexible and friendly environment that focuses on output not hours in the seat. You will rapidly iterate to ensure you are delivering features that add real value to end users and find ways to deliver software in a more effective manner.
The fit (of the ideal candidate):
- You will have commercial experience with Ruby or Ruby on Rails on Linux OS.
- Database experience eg Oracle(PL/SQL) is a bonus.
- Comfortable in an Agile development environment.
- Strong communication skills both written and oral.
