Programme Coordinator

The Role: 

You will be joining an established Programme Delivery Team that is responsible for delivering a critical stabilization programme within the enterprise. Your proactivity, and your outstanding organizational skills will be pivotal; you will be supporting the team by assisting with:

 
  • Scheduling and executing meetings and workshops
  • Preparation of packs for the steering committee, included calendars, issues and risk registers
  • Assisting to create presentations with PowerPoint and managing documentation using the Microsft Suite (Word, Excel, office 365 etc)
  • Assisting with the delivery of reporting documentation
  • Help with on-boarding and induction of the new personnel
  • Providing administrative support for the programme sponsor, the programme director and the project managers
  • Supporting the project delivery team with scheduling and executing different phases of the project

To Be Successful You Will Need: 
 
  • To be highly proficient in Excel (Macros etc) - there will be a requirement to manage data in this role - and the Microsft Suite by and large
  • Microsoft Project experience is a must - assist with updating integrated master schedule   
  • High level of co-ordination skills developed through roles in similarly complex programmes of work
  • Highly proficient with verbal and written communication skills
