Role snapshot:
As a member of the vehicle automation team, you will work closely with your fellow engineers to write code, tinker with circuit boards and pitch in to help with each other's personal projects(miniature rockets and drones are the current flavours in the office). You will custom code to control electric motors, work with FreeRTOS and use TCP/IP to communicate with microcontrollers. If you love to automate, this is the job for you.

The fit (of the ideal candidate):
  • Ideally, you will have 3 or more years of experience working with embedded systems in a Linux environment
  • Experience with ARM processors
  • Knowledge of Python
  • Experience working with continuous integration and automated testing
  • Experience with version control.
  • Basic familiarity with schematic capture and PCB layout
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
