You will be joining a recently established team, three squads have been brought together under the development banner and contain some considerable talent.
You will be a strong people manager first, with a diverse team of analysts, dev's and specialist product people, a current team of 22. The current leadership is moving into another role and is looking now to hire there replacement. With access to a vast array of contemporary tools in place for development they will look to you to leverage this and increase productivity and development for the team while maintaining the high engagement from staff at current.
Hungry for a challenge and willing to dedicate yourself to creating market-leading solutions and products throughout the enterprise, Here is the opportunity. As long as you have architecture and/or technical leadership behind you and enjoy the use of modern development practices this could well fit. You'll have extensive use of digital and software development tools and demonstratable people leadership. The ability to maintain and create culture is crucial and a top priority for this role.
