As a well established, but fast growing startup the need has arisen for a passionate, data centric individual to genuinely take ownership of the increasingly diverse and numerous datasets being generated within the business and its users. The opportunity exists to implement process and structure around how key data is tracked across the business and digital touch points. Off the back of this you'll not only generate reports and insights but also work with multiple business units to identify future challenges and growth opportunities.

Role snapshot:

Working closely, one to one with multiple C-level and wider business stakeholders you'll present the findings and insights of your recent priority work and assist with building & analysing board reports. The role will also see you liaise with the marketing team to analyse marketing campaigns, tactics and results and the sales and support team to discuss conversion rates across multiple acquisition channels. Finally, you'll work with the engineering team to discuss data collection methods. Yes, you will literally work across the entire business and a multitude of data sources.

To be successful in the role you will need:
  • 5+ years experience in a similar role in the web or digital space
  • Capability to draw from a diverse range of datasets (sales, performance, pricing, web analytics, marketing, customer support etc...)
  • Highly experienced using tools such as SQL and Excel
  • Strong experience building dashboards and visualising data
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding how insights impact a business
  • Ability to work closely with senior stakeholders and confidently present generated insights
  • Ideally experience working within a SaaS business
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
