Payroll requires care and consideration but is also ripe for disruption. Meet a business that does all of this through AI and automation

Why you would like it:

●    Market leader, constantly growing product
●    Enterprise Payroll software that impresses Australasian clients
●    Cross-functional team in collaborative and caring company

The opportunity:

The onset of automation through technology has opened the payroll industry up to massive improvements in terms of time and cost. To be able to deliver a seamless, value-add, real-time payroll system to their enterprise clients both here in New Zealand and Australia has meant that they must be experts in this space, which they are. You will have the opportunity to be the first line of that expertise assessing client requirements and delivering business orientated solutions; implementing and resolving issues with different stakeholders.

To do this you will need to have good communication and documentation skills, ability to take initiative, and have an adaptable mindset; whilst providing an excellent level of customer service. You will develop an unbeatable level of product knowledge, which will open up other opportunities within the organization to either specialise or diversify.

 Company profile:

With a well-established presence here and abroad this software vendor has always been an early adopter of technology, heading to and staying in `the Cloud` in the 90s. From there, on-going success has allowed them to spread their product set and capabilities to cover Payroll automation and HR Services software delivered through apps and Web clients to tens of thousands of people globally.

Role snapshot:

You will be responsible for the completion of requirements capture and management to deliver automatable business process analysis for customers.
The role involves analysis and collaboration with the engineering team in alignment with the product strategy and customer expectations.
A strong focus is placed on the ability to be able to communicate with all company levels, including engineer, stakeholders, SME's and senior management.

The fit:

You'll enjoy the opportunity to build and manage requirements and delivery of features to the development team and ultimately change customers experiences:
*       Payroll or payroll management experience is critical
*       Desire to collab with engineering and product teams
*       Interest in disruptive technologies and the use of automation and AI to improve and optimise business processes (you don't need to know how it works)
*       Some ability to interact and present with teams and customers - not too much
