Our client is a national business who has undergone a purposeful change in the past few years. Along with fundamental shifts in their sector, this business has also made strategic decisions about how they interact with their customers and the fundamental technology considerations in order to serve the customer best. They are restless in their pursuit of service excellence.
You will be working across two scrum squads within the business, offering your expertise around business process improvement and requirements gathering and analysis to help these two teams build new efficiencies through process automation and business process improvement.
We are looking for a Senior BA who has experience with:
- Business process mapping
- Strong stakeholder management skills (A must)
- Experience working in an agile team
- Process automation experience / RPA (Nice to have, but not essential)
- 6 Months initially
- Starting ASAP
- Hamilton CBD
