Ability to make real impact and change This client is a medium sized market leader looking to transform their IT team and move into an Agile way of working and is now seeking an Agile Coach to help guide, coach and mentor the existing team. This role will report directly to the CTO and is a pivotal role in creating a high performing internal agile team.

Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience working with teams to transform their IT practices from a traditional approach to Agile
  • Significant facilitation, training and leadership skills
  • Strong knowledge of agile practices, methodology and business agility models
  • Deeply collaborative and empathic individual
  • Delivery focus alongside change management capability
