We are thrilled to announce Flynn van Os is the 2017 recipient of the Potentia Undergraduate Scholarship in Computer Science!
Now in it’s fourth year, the scholarship provides $5,000 assistance to a Bachelor of Science student who has shown an interest in software development. It is open to all students studying Stage III courses in Computer Science at the University of Auckland. You can find out more about the entry criteria and selection process on the University of Auckland website.
“We had a very high interest and were privileged to interview six extremely capable young New Zealanders, all of whom would have been worthy recipients of this scholarship,” says Julian Lambert, acting Managing Director here at Potentia. “Following a robust process the interview panel selected Flynn, who presented an articulate case demonstrating his passion for the opportunity. Apart from his academic excellence, Flynn has been involved in a plethora of extracurricular activities that presented an extremely well-rounded individual.”
Congratulations Flynn. We wish you all the best for your studies next year.
