I can dice an onion faster than anyone you know… and keep all my fingers.
Tech I couldn’t live without:
More recently Netflix. I can’t get enough of documentaries, no matter what the topic.
On the weekend I’ll most likely be...:
Either Surfing, Fishing or Diving, weather dependent. I am a huge advocate of the amazing coastline we have here in New Zealand.
Weirdest travel destination:
Gibraltar – This is basically the last stop leaving the Mediterranean before crossing the Atlantic Ocean. It’s a British Colony on the South coast of Spain, and a stone’s throw from Morocco. The town is basically Liquor Stores, Tobacco Shops and Fashion Outlets… all the essential Seafarers supplies.
Craziest job hunter quote:
“You are my best friend Sam”
Weirdest food eaten:
Dinuguan (Filipino Pig’s Blood Stew) – Didn’t know what the dark rich gravy was until I asked.
Music on my phone:
I am a huge fan of all old Blues and Jazz and then basically anything that those genre’s have helped influence.
